About Jamie

I discovered my path to healing while on an adventure travel trip through Peru in 2018 with a company called Free and Easy – FNEZ. I remember watching the promotional video for the trip over and over, thinking “Wow, this is so much more than a vacation, this is a journey to uncover parts of myself I didn’t know existed.” On this adventure I discovered my connection to the great spirit, to nature and myself while hiking the incredibly magical and magnetic ruins of Machu Picchu. Over the next 6 years I would dive into my own healing using, breath, body movement, plant medicine, ceremony and many other modalities.
When I first stumbled across Breathwork it was through Wim Hoff and cold exposure. I began to practice this technique daily while taking cold showers. I would go plunging in natural bodies of water whenever possible. As my practice grew and evolved, I began to challenge myself with longer and longer breath holds. I would play with my breath, holding on the inhales, holding on the exhales, and using sounds, pushing my edges and releasing any stored energy and emotions. I would plunge further and further into my own subconscious, listening to meditations, saying mantras and observing my thoughts. I began every day like this, through some of the hardest moments of life I’ve experienced to date. The dissolving of my marriage and career loss all during the 2020 Covid Pandemic. I stayed true with my practice, and it has helped to keep me grounded, centered and focused. I started wondering how I can share this practice with other people and that’s when I discovered Brian Kelly, the creator of Breath Masters and became a certified facilitator.

The Essence of Remembering Your Wild

“Remember Your Wild” serves as a powerful reminder to reconnect with the untamed spirit that resides within each of us. In a world that often encourages conformity and detachment from nature, this phrase invites you to rediscover the vibrant essence that is uniquely yours—the wildness that embodies authenticity, freedom, and a profound connection to the natural world. To remember your wild is to honor your innate instincts, your passions, and your true self, free from societal expectations and limitations. It is about embracing the aspects of your being that are raw, authentic, and unfiltered. This wildness is not something to be tamed or suppressed; rather, it is to be celebrated and expressed fully. By doing so, you reconnect with your true nature, allowing your spirit to roam freely, just as the natural world does.

Transformational

Connecting to the Earth

At the heart of “Remember Your Wild” lies a deep connection to the earth. Nature is not just a
backdrop; it is a living, breathing entity that nurtures and sustains us. When we reconnect with
nature, we remember the rhythms, cycles, and energies that have existed long before us. This
connection grounds us, reminding us of our place within the greater tapestry of life.
The earth is a source of wisdom, teaching us about resilience, adaptation, and harmony. Just as
the seasons change, we too go through cycles of growth, rest, and renewal. By immersing
ourselves in nature, we learn to honor these cycles and to trust the natural unfolding of our own
lives.

Embracing the Journey

“Remember Your Wild” is also an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery and
exploration. It encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, to take risks, and to engage
fully with life. This journey can manifest in many forms—through outdoor adventures,
breathwork practices, or simply spending time in nature’s embrace.
As you engage with the earth, you begin to peel back the layers that may have dulled your spirit
or led you away from your authentic self. Each moment spent in nature offers an opportunity to
reconnect with your wildness, to listen to your intuition, and to find clarity in the whispers of
your heart.

Celebrating Your Unique Wild

Remembering your wild is also about celebrating your individuality. Each person has their own
unique expression of wildness—your dreams, your passions, and your truths. By embracing your
wild, you honor the parts of yourself that make you who you are.
In a society that often promotes conformity, the act of remembering your wild becomes a radical
act of self-love and authenticity. It encourages you to stand in your truth, to express yourself
freely, and to create a life that resonates with your deepest values and desires.
